Stretch and Strength classes focus on building flexibility, strength, balance, and body awareness through yoga-inspired movement and functional exercises. Students will improve mobility, develop core strength, and learn mindful movement patterns that support overall athletic development. This class is perfect for enhancing flexibility, coordination, posture, and confidence in a fun, supportive environment.
CHOOSE WHAT IGNITES YOU
DRESS CODE
Leotard, sports bra, or form-fitting athletic tank top. Unitard, bike shorts, leggings, or tights. NO LOOSE CLOTHING (we want to prevent spotting and partnering accidents).
SHOES:
Barefeet.
HAIR:
low pony, low bun (if hair is long, we want to prevent spotting and partnering accidents), or french braid.
NO JEWERY:
Earring studs are okay.
