Informed Movement Through Yoga

Ever wonder why we do certain yoga poses — and what benefit each one brings?  Or how your bones, joints, and muscles work together to create healthy movement?

YogaLabs invites you to go beyond simply doing yoga and into understanding how your body moves — so your practice feels safer, stronger, and more supportive in everyday life.

Join Certified International Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT) Renee Klein for a richer yoga experience that blends mindful movement with practical anatomy.

 

Each workshop includes an all-levels practice and simple, accessible insights to help you:

  • Move with more confidence, stability, and ease

  • Adapt poses for your unique body

  • Build long-term joint and muscle health

  • Understand how yoga postures work from the inside out

You’ll also receive a monthly handout with key principles, muscle groups, and diagrams, plus practical tips you can use on and off the mat.

YOGA NIDRA SOUND BATH

Vibrations of Peace – Waves of Rest

Join us for a deeply calming Yoga Nidra Sound Bath, where guided relaxation meets healing sound in a restorative 60-minute experience.

This class combines the structured rest of Yoga Nidra with soothing sound to help:

  • Calm the nervous system

  • Reduce stress and tension

  • Support better sleep and recovery

  • Improve mental clarity and emotional balance

You’ll rest comfortably while sound and voice create a quiet, supportive space for relaxation and renewal — with no physical effort required.

Held monthly on Friday evenings, this is a perfect way to begin your weekend feeling grounded, rested, and restored.

All levels welcome. No experience necessary.

This February, join Rachel (Yoga Instructor and Physical Therapist) for a thoughtfully designed Vinyasa Flow series focused on balance — not just in poses, but in the way we move through daily life.

Each Sunday, Rachel will guide you through a practice that builds strength, stability, and ease, helping you feel more supported both on and off the mat. Expect a smart blend of flowing sequences and steady holds that challenge your balance while remaining accessible and adaptable.

This class will explore:

  • Building strength without excess tension

  • Improving balance and coordination

  • Developing stability through hips, legs, and core

  • Moving with more confidence and control

  • Finding ease within effort

This is an ideal class for students looking to feel stronger, steadier, and more comfortable in their bodies — whether you’re new to Vinyasa or a seasoned practitioner.
