YogaLabs invites you to go beyond simply doing yoga and into understanding how your body moves — so your practice feels safer, stronger, and more supportive in everyday life.
Join Certified International Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT) Renee Klein for a richer yoga experience that blends mindful movement with practical anatomy.
Each workshop includes an all-levels practice and simple, accessible insights to help you:

YOGA NIDRA SOUND BATH
Vibrations of Peace – Waves of Rest
Join us for a deeply calming Yoga Nidra Sound Bath, where guided relaxation meets healing sound in a restorative 60-minute experience.
This class combines the structured rest of Yoga Nidra with soothing sound to help:

Support better sleep and recovery

Improve mental clarity and emotional balance
You’ll rest comfortably while sound and voice create a quiet, supportive space for relaxation and renewal — with no physical effort required.
Held monthly on Friday evenings, this is a perfect way to begin your weekend feeling grounded, rested, and restored.

Good posture is about more than standing up straight — it’s about creating balanced strength, mobility, and awareness so your body can move with greater ease throughout the day.
In this March Sunday series, Rachel Whitaker (Physical Therapist and Yoga Instructor) will guide you through thoughtful Vinyasa-based movement, posture-focused strength work, and targeted mobility exercises designed to support spinal alignment and healthy movement patterns.
Together we will explore ways to:

Strengthen the muscles that support healthy posture

Lengthen areas of tension from sitting and daily habits

Improve spinal mobility and body awareness

Build stability and balance for everyday movement
These classes are welcoming to all levels and are especially helpful for anyone experiencing tight shoulders, neck tension, or back discomfort from daily activities.
